Won my appeal. Thankyou, what I want to know is about the arrears.From what date is it paid.
from the date of the medical ? The assessment phase ? or the appeal win ?

Hi A,

Well done on winning your appeal.

If this was a fresh claim for ESA, any arrears of back pay owed would be paid from the beginning of week 14 of your ESA claim.

If you have been migrated over from another benefit, any arrears owed would be paid from the date of the adverse decision that you appealed.
