You do not need to complete the ESA3, but I would still drop them a note explaining that you are not going to complete it and why, the DWP does not handle loose ends very well.

Now that I've been moved from IB to ESA Support Group I will get paid my new ESA rate won't I even though I won't return this ESA3?

You are being paid ESA(CB) as you were transferred from IB, there is nothing on the ESA3 that should affect that, but as I originally posted, I would recommend your sending the DWP a letter stating that you are not returning it, just for completeness.
