What can I ask for before lodging an appeal?

I have received the decision letter. I have been placed in the WRAG. I've made no decision about an appeal yet.

What information can I ask for without having to lodge an appeal?

I requested a copy of the report of my medical, almost two weeks ago and am still waiting for that.

Replied by rich-ward on topic What can I ask for before lodging an appeal?
Thank you.

I'll look into those links.

I was thinking of asking for the statement of reasons and chasing up the medical report first.

You can certainly request a SoR, but please do not hold your breathe on getting one, I know of only one member who has received one for ESA in three years. :(
