dla decision in my favour, no need to appeal,

Can some 1 please give me advice, DLA in my favour dated 19/04/2013, appeal will not contine, have DLA till 2017,
Just received letter from Tribunal said appeal refused not entitled to DLA,
Have phoned DLA up, said letter from Tribunal nil and void, as appeal had lapsed, will still pay me,

had all money back dated but can they ignor tribunal letter, if i had of known would of sent more evidence to support my claim

It is possible, especially if you opted for a Paper hearing, for the notice that the appeal has been lapsed to fail to reach the Tribunal Service before the hearing is held.

As a new Decision has been made by the DWP that is in your favour, then the lapsing of the appeal takes precedent over the Tribunal Decision and you should be entitled to DLA until 2017 as notified by the DWP.
