Sent form back 7 weeks ago. Feel sick every time the post comes or phones rings.
How long would you wait before phoning?

I would think that seven week is a reasonable period to have waited and would phone ATOS for an update.

Hi

I called ATOS after 6 weeks to see if they could update me and they told me that my paperwork had been sent back to my benefit office and that I should contact them.

From sending the ESA off to receiving the telephone call to tell me which group I had been placed in was a total of 8 weeks.

Hi,
I just got good news. Support Group without medical for 3 years.
Thank you for the info and advice on this site. I obtained as much evidence as I could to confirm what I stated on the form was correct.
I would love to have my health back and be able to work. As I am sure most folk on this site would.
