Hi All,

the letter says if currently on incap it will converted to esa,
but i am already on esa (with support) or is the just standard practice from atos?

We have had a number of these reported on the forum over the last few weeks, someone has suggested that ATOS are using up old stationery!
You can check with the DWP and ATOS as to whether it has been sent in error, but unless you have it in writing that you do not need to complete the form, then you should assume that it is a scheduled re-assessment and complete the form in detail and return it by the required date.
Please be aware that the ESA Descriptors and Regulations were updated at the end of January, amended guide are in the Members area.

Contact the DWP office that normally deals with your claim.
For ATOS
Phone: 0800 2888 777 or 0113 230 9175

This seems to be happening quite a lot at the moment. it is possible that ATOS are using up their old stock of letters, no matter that it causes a great deal of confusion for claimants!
