Failure to attend medical

If you fail to attend an Atos medical do you have grounds to appeal your benefit being stopped if it is as a direct result of your medical condition and there are other factors such as previous acceptance of health problem resulting in no medical,doctors confirmation etc.

Yes, you would be able to appeal this decision. However, like all appeals, this would probably take many months to be heard and you would not get any money until you have attended a 'medical' or 6 months has passed.
