Hi,
Congratulations on The SG award.
If your forum name is also your real name, you may wish to change it to maintain some anonymity.
This can be done quite easily by following the instructions on this FAQ

If the November date that you speak of is on The SG Award Decision Notice letter, this is not the recommended length of the SG Award before reassessment. (The Prognosis)
This November date is purely for admin purposes, and is tied in with payment or not of The Xmas Bonus.
How often will I be reviewed
To find out the prognosis of the award, you should phone the number on the decision notice letter, where they may have it on screen.
It should also be on The ESA85 Medical Report if there was a face to face assessment or The ESA85A if there wasn't.
If you wish to obtain confirmation in writing, you should make a written request, See :
