Concerns about ESA assessment

I was already contemplating that if they stop the money in November, I will not be doing anything about it as this one had given me such stress that I have lost half the hair on my head since May! I am not joking. It was that bad.
Oh yes, the letter also mention that there will be a bonus of £10 to be paid in the beginning of Dec.
Why didn't I get it last time while also on SG CB.
Hi E,
I can quite believe that the stress involved may have caused alopecia

Hopefully you can relax for a prolonged period now.

If you look at the associated link on the FAQ below, it lists CB ESA as one of the qualifying benefits for receipt of The Xmas Bonus :
Christmas Bonus

It was very clearly stated that I was not entitled to the Christmas Bonus.
How can I claim the £20? I love the £1 soft scoop from TONY the ice-cream van man who comes round so often these summery days.
Imagine 20 of those ice-cream!
Many thanks again Bro.
Will update here when I have the ESA85A.

Hi E,
You could write to the Benefits Office dealing with your ESA, informing them that you should have received the Xmas Bonus in previous years.
If you can provide documentation to prove that you were in receipt of a qualifying benefit, that may also help.
I am going to have to rush to the freezer now for an Ice Lolly, with you talking about Ice Cream, that is simply cruel.

Oh, I am not complaining as I am just so relieved to be put in SG. But I am rather perplexed by the 'justification of Advice'...
'The available evidence from the ESA50, Med3 (which I did not have and do not know what it is) and 113, previous report, previous advice and specialist letter has been used to give advice in this case.
The Med 3, esa50 and medical evidence suggests the client cannot mobilise 50 metres repeatedly, within a reasonable timescale and unaided by another person, because of significant discomfort or exhaustion due to multiple problems. this suggests .....
Multiple musculoskeletal problems and now mental problems. significant discomfort on walking short distances and upper limb restrictions.
The above evidence suggests review in the medium term'.
The Prognosis is 'I advise that work could be considered within 12 months'. (dated beg of July 2013)
Please Mods, what does the above 'justification of advice' mean?
Also, does this mean they are going to send me another ESA50 in May next year?
sorry to put more questions after all your help and advice and the info on B&W and finally getting into SG...

Hi E,
The MED 3 is a "fit note"/"sick note", we see this referred to quite often in ESA85A's when the claimant may not have had one from their G.P. for many years.
The LiMA software used to compile the med report generates stock phrases, it seems that in instances such as yours, the HCP does not amend the phrases correctly.
The ESA 113 is a questionnaire that is sometimes sent to one's G.P., you could check with your G.P. whether one was sent.
The Justification of Advice is basically giving reasons why you have qualified for The SG under Activity 1. of the SG Descriptors regarding mobilsising unaided. :
"1. Mobilising unaided by another person with or without a walking stick, manual wheelchair or other aid if such aid is normally or could reasonably be worn or used.
1 Cannot either:
(a) mobilise more than 50 metres on level ground without stopping in order to avoid significant discomfort or exhaustion;
or
(b) repeatedly mobilise 50 metres within a reasonable timescale because of significant discomfort or exhaustion."
From :
SG (LCWRA)Schedule 3 Descriptors
Reviews are recommended in the "short term", "medium term" and "longer term"
A 12 months prognosis is considered "medium term", 2-3 years would be "longer term"
If you have a 12 months prognosis from the beginning of July 2013, then, Yes, you can expect a new ESA50 circa May 2014.
