Not withstanding other advice given by Gordon and Steve Donnison, the site owner, I believe you should qualify for a home assessment.
Before PIP was introduced, the vast majority of DLA claimants had their medical assessment in their home.
I am currently representing a disabled claimant making a new claim for PIP, and after making a few 'phone calls, they will now be having their medical assessment in their home. See PIP Assessment
