DLA application deadline was created by clb
Hello,

I'm hoping someone would be able to help.

I requested a DLA form, but the return deadline is after the introduction of PIP. Which criteria will the form be looked at under?

Any advice much appreciated.

Providing the DWP receive the completed forms by the date on the front page, then it should still be accepted as a DLA claim.
