Can you tell me if changing my address would count as a 'change of circumstances' and would I then be forced to claim PIP instead of getting my indefinite award of DLA until it is officially reviewed?

Hi C,

Even though you must inform all departments of The DWP that you may be receiving benefits/allowances from, of a change of address, it should not trigger a review of your DLA or any other benefits.

As you have indefinite DLA awards, you should not be invited to apply for PIP until after October 2015.

People who undergo a review of a current DLA award due to a change in circumstances before October 2013 will be reviewed under DLA criteria.

Make sure you put it in writing, keep copies :
