ESA50 Telephone details was created by stu2012
Hi there
Last year I was placed in the support group without a medical. It's almost 12 months and a new ESA50 has arrived. Am I still in my right to not put down any telephone details as I do not want to discuss things over the phone and would like contact to be by letter. The only thing is I do want to have my assessment recorded and it looks like you have to contact them on an 0800 number to arrange this.
Regards Stuart

You are not required to provide a phone number, so feel free to leave the field blank.
We recommend requesting your assessment be recorded in writing, you should mention it on the ESA50 but also include a letter making the request, there is a template in the ESA Claim guides.

Please be aware that the ESA Descriptors and Regulations have been changed since you last completed the ESA50, so I would recommend you review our latest Claim guides for more information.
