"Yes" if your WRAG is CB ESA only, you will only receive it for 365 days, so if your appeal was unsuccessful at the automatic reconsideration stage, and it was sent forward to The Tribunal Service, if it took longer than 365 days to hear your appeal, payment would cease. It would be reinstated however if your appeal was successful :
