I haven't been able to go to wfi what is the punishment for this I couldn't go because I'm housebound?

The first thing you need to do is contact your personal advisor at the JC+ office in regard to the missed appointment, I am assuming from your post that you did not do this in advance of the meeting.

You should be asked to explain in writing why you did not attend, if your reasons are accepted then there should be no sanction, however, if they are not, then it is likely that you will be sanctioned, see

Changes to ESA Sanctions

If you are sanctioned, then it will remain in place until you satisfy the requirement, in this case attending a WFI, it may be possible for this to be held over the phone, but this is at the discretion of your advisor. You also need to be aware that is not when you can satisfy the requirement, but rather when you actually do, so if you are not called for another WFI for another three months (as an example), then the sanction remains in place for this period even if you were able to attend next week.
