Send ESA50 to DWP or to Atos?!

My ESA50 form came with an envelope for me to return the form in to an address for Atos Healthcare in London. However, I spoke to the DWP office that deals with my ESA claim today on the phone and they told me to return the ESA50 form to the DWP office in Belfast.

So which one is it? Anyone know?

Hi ESA71,

You should return your ESA50 to ATOS at the address on the pre-paid envelope that came with it.

Have you thought about using the Pdf version ESA50, many members have.

Thanks for your answer. And this is a great idea. I can just type up my other form onto this interactive one as it will be more readable for them

Yes, I am absolutely sure !!!

Many, many of our members have done so, and people that I know personally.

You can keep the little pink one that you received through the post as a souvenir.
