Am due a medical in less than 48 hours. Some secondary evidence has just been obtained.Things like photocopy documents relating to Career History/Effects,confirmation from Institutions, etc. not primary to the Medical case nor submitted with the EAS 50 but supportive of the case nonetheless.
Am wondering the best way to present this to The ATOS Doctor?
Before the interview?,during it at an apppropriate question?
Or ought I to hold on to it and send it afterwards to The DWP?
If the last option is chosen I am worried it might get ignored as The ATOS computer medical decision will already have been made?
(But would the Doctor not brush it out of the way to get on with The Medical not having time to photocopy such additional documents-might it irritate them?-I would need them to copy it and return it-)
Might be best not to present it all?
The other thing is some of this last ditch desperate evidence bears my e mail address and with the current climate of unauthorised snooping etc how wise is it to "give out"ones e mail address
I suppose what I am asking what is the likelihood of snoopers "hacking cracking"into ones e mail account?Paranoid maybe....LOL
What would you advise re:the last minute evidence?

There is no reason why you cannot ask the ATOS assessor to review the documentation before the interview starts, although if it is not medical evidence, I would not expect them to give them anything more than a cursory glance.

In addition to providing ATOS a copy I would also send one to the DWP, marked for the attention of the Decision Maker

Sending Documents to the DWP or ATOS

The DWP will not use your email address as they consider it to be an insecure method of communicating with claimants, but I would still be tempted to black out all references on the documentation before passing it on.

If you have not already done so, have a look at the following

ESA Medical – What to expect

Good luck with the assessment.
