Atos complaint letter

Atos complaint letter was created by scratchgolfer
Just a quick question, is there a section where the are templates of complaint letters to Atos/DWP.
bullet points
Money stopped December 2012, no prior letter, just a letter saying now stopped.
Supersession requested to SG, ESA50 completed and sent off, told that would need medical.
Fine no problem, had to wait 6 Month for it, then 1 hour before appointment, phone call to say it was cancelled, a Dr has gone off sick. (shame)
Rescheduled appointment, now less than 24 hours before appointment, phone call to say its cancelled again, a Dr has gone of sick and wont be in the rest of the week, sickly lot at atos me thinks, or is it because of the good weather.
If i wanted to cancel i would have only one chance, seems like we have to play with them having the loaded dice.

There are no templates letters for a complaint to the DWP, just list the facts and the impact that the cancellations have had on you.
