There has been a recent ruling by The UT, where the Judge deemed that the appellant in question, who suffered from Mental Health problems, should have been assessed by an ATOS HCP with Mental Health qualifications.
The ATOS HCP in this case was a Physiotherapist before becoming an ATOS HCP. (ADA)
Of course, the Government may well appeal this decision. :
