It may well be a factor that is considered, but you should not assume that it will have a significant effect.
ESA awards are not made on the basis of a claimants condition(s) but rather the limitations that result from them, so your medication may show that your conditions are serious and if you have been receiving them for a long period, that you have had your conditions for a similar period.
Also, if you suffer side effects from your medicine, this is also something that can be noted on the ESA50.
