Well done on being awarded ESA.
If you have asked for a reconsideration, or submitted an appeal, this does not usually prompt a new assessment with an ESA50. How long is it since you filled in the last one?
The only way you will really find out what is happening is to contact DWP and ask. it is likely that the first person you speak to will not really understand the system so the best thing to do is to ask for an escalation, which will involve a call back from a more senior employee.
While you are awaiting a reconsideration you are obliged to undertake Work Focussed Interviews if asked to do so. If you have actually appealed then you will not have to participate in the Work Program but this does not apply if you have only requested a reconsideration.

On another note, I see that your username might be your real name. Many people prefer to ujse an alias to maintain a degree of anonymity. If you wish to change your username it can easily be done by following the advice in this FAQ
