I'm about to fill in my DLA renewal form for bipolar disorder I've been awarded now for 9 years the first question about being abroad more than 4 weeks has me worried, i was away last year for 8 weeks & have now realised i forgot to notify them.
If i declare it now what will happen or is it best not to declare it which is lying & could have other consequences.

It seems that you are now aware that you should inform the DLA Unit if you are going abroad.
I am afraid that we cannot advise to the contrary.
