My husband's migration Esa50 was delivered to Atos just under two weeks ago.
My husband's GP did write him a supporting letter, but it was a bit non-specific regarding some aspects. He is willing to write one with more of an exact wording to possibly help get my husband into the SG on MH exeptional circumstances. Would it now be too late to send any further evidence to Atos?
I've also read that it may be worth sending a copy of the Esa50 and all evidence to the DWP's DM. Is this worth doing so? Is so then would you send it to your local DWP office or a specific one?
It is impossible to know how far ATOS have got with your husband's claim forms. By this stage they could have returned them to DWP having made a recommendation - or they could still be sitting in the 'in' box awaiting attention.
For this reason, it is probably worth sending a copy to ATOS and also to the DWP at the address dealing with your claim.
