Please be aware that from Sunday 28 July all ESA Decision will be made using the January 2013 Descriptors and Regulations, irrelevant of the version of the ESA50 that you have received.
You should use the latest ESA Claim guides marked New ESA50 form for all assessments from now on.
Any Decisions that were made before 28 July stand and use the ESA Descriptors and Regulations in effect at the time of that Decision.
