It is not obligatory, but some people do so as a back up to ensure that The DWP ESA DM has access to all the same evidence as ATOS.
This is just in case ATOS "lose" it.
If you are to do this, send it :
FAO The ESA Decision Maker, at the the address of The DWP Benefits Office/Centre on any ESA letters that you may have.
Don't forget to include your Name, DOB and NI number on any separate pages, along with your postcode, this will ensure that it arrives at the correct Dept :.
