my first wfi work focused interview was created by antywantyuk
wasn't really dreading it, was held at my local job centre ,so I was familiar with the area layout, ect
they gave me two weeks notice, which is probably standard policy.
I was trying to think of what to say, if id be seen by a guy or woman

id rather have a woman , and that's what I got, middle aged(or had a hard life)

:woohoo: lovely woman very very sympathetic , and said where taking things a step at a time.

 didn't mention sanctions.
and said we aim to have you into some kind of work by 2015

updated my records, showed her my c.v.

contact numbers.

I mentioned I did permitted work for m&s in 2008, which she said that's probably on another system.

but she repeated where not going to rush you into anything its about small manageable steps,

I explained my problems anxiety &depression .

you really need to decide if you need to be in the support group which was what I was asked

do you think you're in the right group, and yes I guess I am

I really want a life, work, its not all about the money (yeah its important)

but its great for you're mental health, social confidence ,

im nearly 20 years into being on the sick, im older wiser more mature.

so it would be wonderful if there was a full time perm job out there,

whilst having the support of my contribution based employment support allowance safety net below me while I try and get into new routines, expand comfort zones and hopefully start living again.

ohh yeah ,it was held in a open plan office

but you can request a private room or home visit . depending on youre circumstances.

so iv arranged to see her again in 6 weeks.

catch up with you lot later.

my experience was all I could have asked for , if you're not happy with youre advisor, could ask for another advisor, maybe stating male or female
or speak to the job centre manager

good Anthony :)

Hi awuk,

It's good to hear that you had a positive experience, but are you aware that if you are in receipt of CB ESA only in The WRAG of ESA, that after 365 days payment will cease.

12 Month Limit for ESA(CB)

You should then be financially assessed to see whether you are entitled to IR ESA,with respect to household income, assets, savings and capital :

24 hour work rule for ESA(IR)

Asset rule for ESA(IR)

If you are not entitled to IR ESA then the only other ways that ESA payment could be reinstated would be to gain access to The SG, or gain the necessary NI Contributions from employment.

Glad you pointed that out bro58. This is a very similar situation to what happened with me and by the time I was made aware of the consequences of being in WRAG it was too late. Also, lovely adviser, I thought not as bad as I thought but gradually little snippets get flung in at interviews and you know the lovely adviser is starting to put pressure on you, extremely slowly but you can see it beginning. From reading the internet I get the impression this is quite common. I suppose they have a job to do but it is something we have to be aware of, we are there to be put out to work sooner or later.
