esa still waiting

hi still waiting for ib to esa 5 month now, I phoned up was told um long time don't know whats going on there, asked if I had to have a medical was told you are no way near that stage yet. so im in limbo land, don't know what there doing seams like nothing on my esa50.

Just looked back on your previous posts.

I would have expected you to have heard something after 5 months.

You can contact ATOS, and ask them whether they have completed a paper assessment, and returned your file with recommendations back to The DWP.

If they have returned your file to The DWP, you should contact them on the 0845 number on any letters that you may have.

You will initially speak to a DWP Call Centre Responder, so you might have to request an escalation to a Manager/Supervisor, this might involve a call back.

If that was ATOS that you spoke to, it is unacceptable that they should make such comments after having your ESA50 for 5 months.

If you receive an adverse decision, it could be argued that the information used is not current.

It is up to you, but if you wish to pursue this with ATOS, I would recommend that you do so in writing by e-mail, rather than over the phone.

ok I think I will wright to them and may be my mp I have phoned a few time most time told its still with the medical team. its just my life feels in limbo I try not to worry but its always in the back of my mind thank you x
