thank you so much to this site i fought ATOS and won. It didnt even go to appeal.
They had found me suitable for the support group but had put me in the work related catagory. I went to see welfare rights we sent in for them to re look at it again and pointed out some of the things they had got wrong.
After 3 months I got a letter saying that they had not originally looked at the consultants information and as his and my information on my condition matched they had made a mistake and I am now in the support group.
I would never have been able to do this without your site. I went through terrible illness through the stress of it all but i want everybody to know it is worth fighting and don't give up no matter how stressful it gets.
