Capita fail to turn up for appointment

I had an appointment booked for 12.30 pm today for my PIP assessment, no one turned up! I phoned them at 1pm and was informed that lots of people have been cancelled and I wasn't even informed- great start to this new company, I received two calls from there customer support, apologising, claiming they are have teething troubles, new appointment made for next week, I'm dreading it....

It's nice to see that they have started as they mean to carry on... 
As a side issue, I see that your username might be your real name. Many people prefer to use an alias in order to maintain an element of anonymity. If you wish to change your username, you can do it easily by following the advice in this FAQ
