Thank You Bro58 for your prompt reply, and comments. Sigh.....I don't know what to do...again! The stress and upset I go through, (and put my Family through) just filling out the Forms, or even 'gearing up' to do so, and the thought of the Medicals again are such a massive undertaking, I don't know if it's worth it. Maybe that's the intention?
The Tribunals decision was on the 20th August. I haven't requested their report of reasons as I thought this would probably upset me even more....
Am I correct that I will still receive NI Credits by claiming Child Benefit, for my 8 year old, do you know?
Also, is the PIP Application process as distressing / complicated / horrendous as ESA in yours (or any other members) opinion?
Thanks again!

Hi mp,

It may still be worth while requesting the Written Statement of Reasons within the month allowed.

You have nothing to lose by doing so.

I have to be honest, in that I do not know the situation regarding NI Credits and Child Benefit, it's a very long time since my off springs were of that age. :)

This may help : www.hmrc.gov.uk/ni/intro/credits.htm

Or, one of our other Mods may be able to add further comment.

Regarding PIP, we do not really have much feed back yet about the assessment process.

We have heard from one member who has applied and been successful, as seen on the topics :
