Support group

Hello

I wrote to you on Monday evening to let You know I got into the support group. Today I phoned up the DWP to ask how long I had been given and he said the computer system hasn't been updated and to phone back in two weeks. Does anyone know if that is the normal procedure ?. I did write a letter this evening requesting it in writing.

Hi k,

It may well be the case that your file has not yet been updated to reflect the SG award, if this is the case, then the operative that you spoke to may not have details of the prognosis of the award on-screen.

If you have also requested it in writing, you should be covered, but could still ring back in a fortnight for an update.
