Mandatory Reconsideration Help 1 month 2 weeks ago #264917

Hi Tj45,
I have just answered your other post. Hang on in there! POTS is horrible. I hope you can get the help you need!

A full MR late is better than an early one that is half baked. I know the phoning is tedious, but tell DWP you have been too unwell to deal with MR earlier and put the best possible case. Make criticism if the assessor if necessary but only say 3 or 4 quickly bullets points. Then go through each descriptor explaining why (more) points shoukd be awarded. Ise examples, use your own words. Including a general background paragraph or two about when you were diagnosed and the general problems you have is often a good idea too, to include at the start of your letter.
Good luck.
