TOPIC: Pip review

Pip review 6 months 1 week ago #225905

Hi. All
So thought I would keep you all updated as far as I can on review ......
So I sent my review papers of back in 14th November I waited until a couple of weeks ago and rang them only to get that my case hadn't been looked at yet I had to ring up as my mail had been posted somewhere else and I was worried maybe they had replied and I had not got it as other mail has gone missing so waited again nothing called again last week was told it would be seen shortly by case manager she tried to tell me it had only been six weeks ? I said when did you receive is she said 14th November I said well that is longer but she wouldn't here of it
A day later got a text message saying... you may have to attend face to face ? May have to?
Well do I or don't I ? This seems deliberate to me you mean they. Have taken over ten weeks to decide if maybe I need a face to face ? And I still have not receive an appointment to go to atos I believe they make it as hard as they possibly. Can for people knowing full well they have it hanging over them it's disgusting the way they get away with this I'm sure it's just a game to them and wondering has anyone else had this ? ... also my friend told me she filled in her review paper and never heard another thing from them so she assumed they. Left. Hers as same award and just didn't notify her as she is still getting her payment into her bank so who knows
I will give an update when I know more

The text is standard as is sent by the DWP once they have sent your file onto the Assessment Provider, it will be the AP who decides whether a face to face is required or not.

There has been a slow down in the assessment process since the New Year and we are currently looking at 8-10 weeks now rather than the 2previous -4 weeks.
