Good Morning,
If anyone could give me some advice about the complaint procedure for my assessor it would be appreciated. All the complaint went through to the nursing council and they wanted lots of information which has been provided some of that information was decision from the D.W.P. about my claim that was provided as well. Almost four months on the nursing council have now asked can they write to D.W.P . for documents etc, I have e-mailed them back and declined as it is most invasive to want all sorts of my paperwork and plus I have not been as well as I could be at the moment and all the nursing council seem to do is send e-mails that go around in circles. I also had a telephone call which carried out some details of my assessment and when I had it written out I know the details were wrong as I had all my paperwork in front of me at the time and read most of my answers of there. I asked to have certain things corrected and was told it would be done but three weeks later I have not received it. I am beginning to think that the nursing council does not like complaints about their nurses and are making this as difficult as possible for me they are succeeding as I am at the point of just telling them to cancel the complaint as feeling so unwell is not helping me to have too much patience with them any advice please.
Also any advice on blue badge scheme I did manage to get enhanced P.I.P. after asking for appeal. My paperwork for the blue badge went in 5 weeks ago. I had a call to go to the council as they said they wanted extra information from me. I took what I had already sent and the lady did not understand what enhanced P.I.P was and she told me that I get D.L.A.. I explained that I now get P.I.P. and am still entitled to get the badge. I was told that she would get it printed now she knew what the paperwork was but I have not received it yet and my other badge expired on 10th August please help as I feel I am losing the plot as nobody seems to know what they are doing.

I'm afraid we can't offer any advice on the complaints procedure operated by the Nurses and Midwifery Council.

As to your Blue Badge, there's little that you can do, there is no required timescale for the issuing of a new badge.
