Hi, guys, firstly i would like to say that i and many others have found your help invaluable, despite me having recently qualified for pip via your help in the last 2 months, i have today received the dreaded wsa50, i am sick & tired of these from them, its almost like they want to bully you until you go away. i am 45 & I suffer from severe anxiety & depression,, that i am on medication for but also self medicate as the dr wont give me anything stronger due to a previous suicide attempt.. I have since had a heart attack, my insides are damaged & on meds for all that ive mentioned!! but they wont leave my alone. I am under the local mental health team as well as my GP, the mental health make weekly home visits. I am also seeing a weekly counseller from a group called addaction to try and get control of my alcohol abuse. Do i mention this alcohol team on my ESA50 or will they use it against me like everything else they try to pick holes in??

  			 				Hi D C

I can't tell you what to write on your form, but you can use some of the information that you recently used for PIP. Mentioning that you see a counselor should not be held against you, but it is your choice what you choose to reveal.
