TOPIC: PIP Tribunal - Question re. The Bundle

PIP Tribunal - Question re. The Bundle 7 months 2 weeks ago #238822

would the fact that I am virtually 'uninsurable' for Employer liability insurance purposes, have any bearing on anything with regards to being rejected for PIP daily living?

A PIP award can only be made by your showing that you meet the criteria for one, your ability to work is not considered so unless you can give specific examples from a work environment that can be related to the PIP activities then I don't think that it will carry much weight.
