Hi, I’m trying to download various forms but constantly get that I must subscribe. I’m running out of time for my mandatory appeal so could someone please explain why this keeps happening.

I'm afraid there is a bug in the forum software, you need to do the following
- log out of the site, there is a button to do this just above your post.
- log back in and make sure that you tick the "remember me" box
- you should now be able to access the documents without problem.

If this is indeed a bug, could the post perhaps be pinned to the top of the forum? I had the same problem a few months ago, with the forum forgetting me although I was supposed to be logged in permanently, but of course I couldn't post to ask about it! I had to email the tech people in the end ...

Hi finally I’ve got back on here! I did what you suggested but it still didn’t work. I can randomly get back in here but it’s very hit and miss just like downloading forms etc. In the end I had to give up and drive 10 miles to get the forms from someone else. I’m very disappointed.
I’ve just sent my Mandatory letter in so hopefully I will have a break from all this stress for a while.
