Hi Sir Many people has no PIP points 8 to qualify for disable freedom pass. London transport act 2000 says must have severe, substantial and permanent disability which impairs mobility or seriously affects but it seems councils interpret this different. what should be the basis of appeal against council decision?
From what I can see the pass is administered by each Council in London so you would need to check with the relevant one what their appeal process is. The information should be available from their web page.
