MOZZ

We were looking at 10-12 weeks before the virus outbreak and this will have undoubtedly increased wait times.

Hi Mozz

I'm waiting to hear about my MR which I sent in at the end of February. This morning I managed to get through to the DWP after an hour.

They confirmed that they had it and said it could take anything up to 12 weeks from today.

MOZZ

There is no new legislation, the DWP made a change, it was declared as illegal so the original legislation was put back into place.

The change affected some of the Descriptors for the Going Out activity, these are listed in full in our PIP Claim guide, there were also changes to the guidance, they actual initiated the DWP changes, these are also explained in the guide.
