Hi,
My partner has left me with our 3 children aged 19, 14 and 11 years. i have made a claim for Universal Credit as i already receive contributory ESA and PIP, am i entitled to child benefit and if so how do i claim as my former partner who i understand is living alone and working is still receiving child benefits for my two children who live with me from 19/4/2020 also can my 19 years old daughter who lives with me claim carers allowance for helping me with disabilities etc

We don't deal with Child Benefit on the forum but my understanding is that the person who the children are living with should receive the CB, all I can suggest is that you contact the CSA.

Yes, your daughter can claim CA against your PIP providing you have a Daily Living award.

What do you mean "Against my PIP"
i receive the high rate of person care on PIP will my daughter who works but lives with me be able to claim carers allowance?

Carers Allowance has to be claimed against an enabling benefit that the career is receiving such as PIP Daily Living.

So, providing your daughter is able to provide the 35 hours of care a week then she can claim CA for looking after you.
