So I assume you received an AR1, how did you describe your problems this time?

I suffer from COPD and get out of breath very easy i cant walk as i really get out of breath pretty much everything i get out of breath with . A charity is now helping me with a nebuliser to help with breathing My carer has to cook as i cant stand up for more than 2 minutes , When i have a wash i get out of breath so she helps me to get washed. Also she helps to clothed me as i really struggle Sorry not very good at putting things down i think they know that.

So you need to explain why your COPD causes you to have these restrictions and how they manifest themselves but be aware that the DWP will consider the use of aids so, so as an example; they will say that there is no reason for you to stand while preparing and cooking a meal, you can use a perching stool to sit down.

You need to be able to complete each activity reliably and on the majority of days so it is not just a question of saying I can't do this at all unless of course, this is the case.
