  			 				hi all been a member since last year but first post my partner was placed into the support group in December 2013 we have phoned up to see when she will be reviewed and she has the award for three years she has ms do we need to request the esa85a form to find out the prognosis any help pls is appreciated and many thanks for all the advice from this wonderful site well worth the subscription money also we waited 4 months for the decision without a face to face hope this helps

Welcome to the Forum.
 
Well done on the SG award with the maximum 3 year prognosis.
 
You could still request the relevant documentation, as this will give you written confirmation of the 3 year prognosis.
 
It may help further when your partner's next reassessment is due, as the documents should give the reasons (which SG descriptors were applied) for them being placed into The SG.

As you have already made the the phone call, you could go straight to the SAR stage.
