Hello I have newly joined and have a question..I am being sent a esa3 form as I may have been underpaid when I was changed from Incapacity to esa..it is a book with a lot of questions..my question is with regards to your everyday bank account it has an amount to put in...do you put in what you get every month in your benefits or what is in it when you fill it in..sorry I am confused..I am in the Support Group of esa..thank you for any advice

It's asking for the total amount in all of your bank accounts.

ok so in my bank account when I fill in the form I put in what is in my account at the time of filling in the form as I pay bills and food or what goes in altogether in a month...sorry I am still not clear and don't wish to get it wrong

The easiest thing is to use the closing balance on your last back statement providing it is no more than a month old, if it is older then the balance on the day that you are completing the form.
