Hi I’m awaiting answer on pip assessment which was two weeks ago. I’ve had a call from benefits to say they want to have a second assessment. This has really caused severe anxiety, has anyone else had two ?

It's unusual but it does happen. It's usually because there is something fundamentally wrong with the original report, it may not even have been produced.
It's worth a complaint to the Assessment Provider but I am afraid there is no way you can avoid attending as your claim cannot progress until a report is passed to the DWP.
