esa tribunal won was created by sam
hi would just like to say thanks to this site and wish everyone the best in their circumstances,
had my tribunal today for esa i was awarded o points 14 months ago so i appealed ,been a long time coming but thankfully i was awarded 15 points today and put straight into support group so i extremely happy thanks again and good luck xx

Well done on winning your appeal !!!!
Thank you for your complimentry comments regarding B&W.
Are you positive that you have been placed into The SG, as the SG Descriptors are not really points based, unlike the WRAG Descriptors ?
However, some of The SG Descriptors do correspond to some of The WRAG Descriptors that score the maximum 15 points.

SG Descriptors
Generally an award of 15 points or more cumulitively across all the activities only places a claimant in The WRAG.

I just hope that I don't have to wait that long for my ESA tribunal hearing!

yes definate support group i won on incontinence factors alone due to my problems with multiple sclerosis was not expecting it but the tribunal judge and doctor very compassionate and understanding and got 24 months quote on bottom for reassesment so thankyou very much.
