Won ESA tribunal was created by welshflier
They started with the walking section, gave me the extra 9 points and suggested we terminated the Tribunal rather than tire me out by going through the rest of the stuff.

(I have CFS/ME)

And they thanked me for the well presented additional evidence because it had made their task easier. So thanks, guys, cos I just followed advice I'd read on this forum & in your handbook.

Terrific news, Anne!
So many of the ATOS medics don't know, or want to know, about ME, it's nice to see the Tribunal Panel have a better idea.

I have a tribunal at the end of the month I have primary progressive MS and my medical was over a year ago.
I should have got 15 points for the walking but she gave me 6. Now my condition is a lot worse so I am sure I will win.
Well done by the way

Um, Shelby, the tribunal will be ruling on your condition at the time of your medical, not on how it is now more than a year later. Your evidence will need to establish how it was then, not how bad it's been recently. Best to bear that in mind!

I do understand that Bill, as I said I should have scored 15 for walking last year. How can I prove what I was like a year ago I do not see my GP unless I have to. My MS nurse who I have met once in the last 18 months has written a letter but a few things need to be changed.
My condition is one that gets worse never better, so if after a year I am a lot worse it could not be helped, If I could of stayed as I was for another year that would have been great to what it is like now
