Appeal hearing day today, the panel were very fair, i had my HR director and a friend with me for support, i had to leave the hearing before the end, else I might have said something I might later regret. Went fron 0 to 15 points, great! have a sneaking feeling that I'm not in the support group, but hey ho sure my employers will have fun, but at least i won! thanks to the website, couldnt have done it without you
