IB to support group

Thanks for the info - I have a friend who has applied 3 times for copies of her paperwork and never received it so I'm loathe to spend any time and energy in that direction. I did ring the DWP and they said 3 years which is just wonderful.

Indeed, 3 years is the longest award possible!
