An update; I've had a decision letter and it's great news.

Standard rate for daily care and enhanced rate for mobility. Both ongoing and to be reviewed in 2025. It's taken 25 weeks since the initial claim in November 2013, but I'm happy with the outcome and the Capita assessment.

At least I know where I stand for the foreseeable. I hope this result gives some encouragement to those still going through the process. :)

Sorry, hit submit too soon...I meant to end with my thanks to both this forum and Benefits at Work Guidance for the info provided which helped me complete the forms and prepare for F2F. Absolutely invaluable and I'm indebted. Cheers :)

Thanks Gordon. Obviously I'm over the moon! I hadn't expected the award to be 'ongoing'. They seem to enjoy reviewing the obvious every 2 or 3 years. It's just so unfair that it still seems to be a bit of a lottery; location, ATOS or Capita, etc etc.

But my thanks again. I'm going to have a glass of wine to celebrate.
