And I have been awarded Standard care and standard mobility for 3 years, to be reassessed in November 2016!
I'm so chuffed and relieved. I can finally sleep at night and feel like a massive weight has been lifted!

Thanks everyone. We can now apply for carers for my wife too which is going to make a massive difference.
The backdated money will go towards debts so we can be a bit more stress free in future.

"Doing the double" lol, I love that you used that term bro! :D

Don't forget, if your wife has been providing the necessary level of Care her CA claim can be backdated to when you were awarded PIP.
